Drawing on 25 years as a yoga teacher and 15 years as a certified yoga therapist, my approach is rooted in a gentle, somatic (body-based) framework. For over a decade, I've specialized in breathwork techniques, powerful tools for helping individuals manage stress, navigate trauma, and find relief from PTSD symptoms.I enjoy working one-on-one and in small groups, focusing on teaching self-regulation and fostering a sense of safety within the body. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you can safely explore practices that restore balance and promote healing.
