What Is a Trauma Stabilization Program?

A Trauma Stabilization Program is a structured, short-term mental health program designed to help individuals regain emotional balance, reduce overwhelm, and build a strong foundation for healing. This level of care is ideal for those who need more support than weekly therapy, but do not require inpatient or residential treatment. At ActivHealing Treatment Center, our program provides intensive, trauma-informed care during the day, while allowing clients to return home each evening. This approach supports real-life integration while helping individuals stabilize symptoms and feel more in control of their daily lives.

Program Focus Points

Include regulation of the nervous system; reducing anxiety, depression, and trauma symptoms; building grounding skills; and supporting military/first responder challenges.

What are the Benefits?
