Iris Mendoza

With over nine years of experience supporting at-risk communities as a mental health professional, Iris brings both clinical expertise and meaningful lived experience to her work with trauma survivors and their families. She holds a Master’s degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling, along with a Pupil Personnel Credential in School Counseling from Fresno State University.

Grounded in trauma-informed care and crisis support services, Iris is deeply committed to integrative, whole-person healing. She offers an empathetic, real-world approach to care coordination, particularly for helping professionals navigating Complex PTSD. Her work focuses on supporting Veterans, first responders, and fellow helpers through immersive psychoeducational groups and connection to community-based resources tailored to their unique healing journeys.

On a personal level, Iris is profoundly dedicated to those who serve their communities and country. She recognizes the unseen weight many carry and is passionate about creating spaces where individuals feel supported, understood, and empowered in their recovery.
