Joshua Silva, RN, MHA, C.M

My passion for case management grew from both my military service and my experience as a nurse. While serving in the military, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UCLA, where I developed a deep appreciation for caring for people during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. I later earned my Master's in Health Care Administration from San Diego State University to better understand how healthcare systems can work together to improve patient outcomes.Throughout my career, I realized that treating an injury or a behavioral health condition is only one part of the healing process. Recovery doesn't end when someone leaves treatment. I saw how important it is for individuals to have continued support, whether that's finding safe housing, connecting with lower levels of care, accessing community resources, or simply having someone who listens and genuinely cares. That realization is what led me to case management. I'm passionate about helping people navigate the next steps in their recovery and making sure they never feel like they're facing those challenges alone. I believe in meeting each person where they are, providing trauma-informed, compassionate support, and helping them build a foundation for long-term healing. It's a privilege to walk alongside clients as they move toward stability, hope, and a healthier future.
