Samantha Bridger, M.Ed., APCC

Samantha Bridger is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (CA APCC #21165) with a distinct passion for supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.  Samantha is a Marine Corps Veteran who transitioned into the mental health field after nearly ten years to promote advocacy, support healing, and provide space for individuals to connect with themselves.  Her time in the military provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the unspoken challenges service members, veterans, and first responders face, and she approaches this with compassion and validation.  Samantha has experience working with trauma, anxiety, crisis, depression, relational challenges, neurodivergence, stress management, and life transitions.  Her clinical practice incorporates various modalities, including CBT, DBT, TF-CPT, family systems, EMDR, and mindfulness practices.  Samantha has a unique background in supporting survivors of trauma, including sexual assault and domestic violence, while utilizing a trauma-informed, multicultural lens and evidence-based therapeutic practices.  She strives to create a collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel heard and empowered.  Samantha is here to support you on your healing and wellness journey, one step at a time.
